This modern concrete tilt-up facility is the largest cold storage warehouse in the Bay Area, with over 400,000 square feet of space. Sitting on 27 acres, this warehouse is conveniently located in close proximity to the San Francisco Bay Bridge, Richmond-San Rafael Bridge and I-580/I-80 freeways. This location allows us to efficiently serve our customers with their import-export needs and/or distribution needs. The Richmond warehouse provides local drayage service to the Oakland, Richmond and San Francisco ports. This facility offers a wide range of services and accreditation, and ultimate customized flexibility to meet the individual requirements of our customers.
The Richmond warehouse includes 6 million cubic feet of frozen, chill and dry space with numerous special features including:
- High cube rooms, individually racked and convertible
- 13,000 racked pallet positions
- 30,000 square feet of low-chill space
- 40 enclosed truck doors with dock levelers
- Individual temperature controlled rooms
- 50,000+ square feet of high chill space
- Adjacent to and served by Union Pacific /BNSF Railroads
